Refund Policy - the basics
Our business offers a customer satisfaction guarantee, and customers can request within 24 hours of service completion any touch up cleaning. Customers can contact the business via email admin@lilliesluxurycleaning.com or lilliesluxurycleaning@gmail to submit this request . If we deem this request to be essential for our customer satisfaction policy a cleaner will come out within 3 business to make necessary corrections. There is no exceptions to this policy and applies to all of our clients.
